 Better This World Review

Important aspects of the film
1. the Music
2. the Message

Thoughts and feelings of the film.
1. I was thinking about what the Molotov cocktails in the film actually were.
2. I felt a little confused about what the movie was really about.
3. The film made me think and feel like there wasn't a clear label that defines what domestic terrorists are.

Camera work
1. The 180 degree rule during the interview with the lawyer in jail.
2.Use of JPEG's with key-framing that changed the scale of the picture

Articles about better this world.

People are saying that "better this world" forces us to think about how our democracy functions. It raises questions as to how far the police and prosecutors will bend the rules in order to make their case. The film examines how to justice system acted to tear apart the lives of two young men who never hurt anyone. There will always be a balance between protecting civil liberties and seeking to secure justice. The people who have written these articles say that it was a pleasure to see.

Dear Mr. Frey,

I am interested in applying for one of the internship offered at the computer academy. Specifically, i would like to apply for the video editor position. As a member of the computer academy, i am familiar with the hardware and software used.

Technically, i am very proficient. My four years at skyline have led to my technical expertise on Mac computers. I have spent hundreds of hours on programs such as final cut pro, photoshop, and flash. Much of the tim, i work alone and am also skilled in working with teams. I’m excellent at following explicit directions and following guidelines. I received good grades in all of my courses at skyline, and some of my work can be seen at my personal website.  http://theemperorjustinian.blogspot.com/

My digital film class has allow me to learn the technical aspects of final cut pro. I have created professional quality content with FCP and submitted it to different entities on the web.

Thank you for reading my cover letter and i am very interested in this position.
I’m available for an interview or future contacts at any time.

Sincerely,

Justin Melancon

We have recently seen the movie "psycho" in digital film class. Two aspects of the film that are important to me is the music and the editing of the scenes. The music helps to intensify the movie and the editing of the scenes makes it horrifying. The film made me feel a little frightened and scared. It made me feel like running away. The film made me feel this way because there are many twists and turns. You never really know what's coming. The shower scene really scared me. In the scene where the man is killed and then falls down the stairs, Hitchcock pans in on the camera while the man is falling to create an effect. In the shower scene.
